We are a professional, licensed black cab service (WTLC Permit number # 01-00048). By law, our sedan services must either originate or terminate in Westchester County. That means we can provide a taxi to the airport from Manhattan to White Plains or provide transport from New Rochelle to Broadway, but we are unable to offer service that both begins and ends outside of Westchester County.
